A dazzling place with mind-boggling architecture, in the summer, brutal heat, a beach where you can swim, but there is a Muslim anti-picture taking patrol there, protecting the 'modesty' of the beach goers. An ocean that every year in Sep/Oct gets visited by stinging jellyfish, a fantastic mall, that tops all of the others that are in the city, the Dubal Mall, and beyond that, probably countless business opportunities for the right people. Oh, also a great place for bachelors to pick up a Filipina or liberated local girl, or even an Indian babe. Given all of that, having been there, I see no pressing reason for a return visit. For those interested to go, it is an easy place to travel to and around in.
