It was time for a complete rebuild of America's next NASA spacecraft. As of this year, my old model was completely outdated according to Lockheed Martin's latest images.

Expect an unmanned test launch sometime later in 2014.

Regardless of the type of mission, in the end, this is the final moment before reentry into the atmosphere.
The service module gets shed (to burn up in the atmosphere), and the spacecraft is reoriented, heatshield-first, for a fiery transition until the parachutes can take it for a safe landing.
