The
Foreign Correspondents' Club (FCC). A restaurant/bar on the third floor
of an French colonial building in Phnom Penh, overlooking the Mekong River.
A great place to kick back, have a medium priced luch or dinner, and enjoy
the scenery and the colorful guests. The FCC is also one of the places
where expatriates like to gather.
