At least while the benefit still exists, earned through being part of the wonderful US military for 24 years, half active duty (USAF) half NAVY Reserve (P-3 aircrew), this is the gift that keeps on giving. I don't mind waiting, cold, or noise, in the end, if you are just a little bit prepared, this amazing system will get you many places in reasonable comfort, or, as it did for me again in 2011, jump-start me on longer journeys around this planet. And the price is definitely right.
