...and Buddha Dreams

The landscape is similar to some of the areas I drove through in Burma around Bagan. Fields edged with small plants and palm trees, many of those utilized for various locally used products (such as the "Burma Toddy", for one), and hills topped with golden pagodas. I was thinking, Buddha and all of his followers must think that anything, even an invasion form space, is better than what they have there right now.

This is my interpretation of a tutorial by Adam Benton from Imagine FX Magazine. The saucers and pagodas were created in Lightwave and imported into and textured, and in the course of nearly 7 hours, rendered in Broadcast render quality at 2000 x 1200 in Vue6 infinite. Minute add-on (two small lines) in PS-CS3.
